SSC Routine 2027 — Schedule for All Boards

The 2027 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent exams will be held on the same day at the same time across all 11 education boards. The routine is identical for every board — only the centres and subject codes differ.

The first routine (15 August 2026) had the exams starting on 7 January; the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee issued a revised routine on 24 August, moving the start for Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr — the January dates no longer apply. - Go to your own education board’s website (addresses are in the table below).
- Look under “Notice” or “Notice Board” for the SSC 2027 exam schedule.
- Download the PDF, print it and pin it above your study desk.
- The Madrasah board publishes the Dakhil routine at bmeb.gov.bd and the Technical board publishes the Vocational routine at bteb.gov.bd separately.
The 11 education boards of Bangladesh and their codes
SSC is held under 11 boards — nine general education boards plus the Madrasah and Technical boards — on the same day at the same time. The three-letter code below is what you type in a result or board-challenge SMS.

Five things to do the moment you have the routine
- Count the gap days between each exam — that is your revision time.
- Prepare hardest for the subjects that have no gap day before them.
- Note the practical dates separately and finish your lab notebooks in advance.
- Write now the list of what you will revise the day before each exam.
- Find out where your centre is and travel the route once, a day ahead.
Rules for exam day
- Reach the centre at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.
- You will not be allowed in without your admit card and registration card.
- Mobile phones, smartwatches and any digital device are completely banned in the centre.
- The MCQ and creative parts are held in separate sittings — watch the submission time for each answer sheet.
- Filling the roll, registration, subject code or set code circles wrongly on the OMR sheet can hold up your result.
Frequently asked questions
Under the revised routine of 24 August 2026, SSC 2027 written exams for the nine general boards start on 14 March 2027 (Bangla First Paper) and run until 15 April 2027, with practicals finished by 22 April. The earlier routine starting on 7 January was withdrawn.
Yes — the nine general boards share the same dates and times. The Madrasah board’s Dakhil and the Technical board’s Vocational routines are published separately, but the dates are coordinated.
The published routine has exams starting at 10:00 am each day. Still, confirm the timing on your own board’s final routine.
